Banana Milkshake is very simple and easy to prepare. Besides its simplicity it is incredibly healthy and nutritious drink.
My husband makes this wonderful shake very frequently whenever we have bananas in our home. I can say he is an expert in this, as it is very easy to prepare right :). This milkshake will be more delicious with ripe bananas.
We love to sprinkle boost on top of it. It’s really yummy. I can say that this milkshake is a perfect morning drink or perhaps a mid-morning boost.
Servings – 2 glasses
Ripe Banana – 2 no
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
- Put everything and blend on low speed gradually increasing the speed.
- Blend until completely smooth
- Put in favorite tall glasses and enjoy with your delicious topping. I used Boost!!
