Announcing Cooking Concepts # 8: Vegan Diet – Only Plant Based

Couple of days back I watched Forks over Knifes documentary, it’s all about vegan diet. And I thought this is a good concept for this monthly event !!

So this month’s concept is Vegan Diet – Only Plant Based food. You can cook any type of the dish from Sweets, Desserts, Meals, Tiffins, Snacks, Cakes, Cookies, Beverages…

Here are some guidelines
  • Only Vegetarian Recipes that are plant based are allowed.
  • No dairy products, Oil is allowed.
  • Please link back to this page.
  • Archived entries are allowed, but repost them.
  • Use of logo is mandatory which helps to spread the word.



Non bloggers or friends who have problem with linky tool can send me the recipes along with the picture to sravscc@gmail.com.

  11. vegan means i can use spinach but none of dairy products like butter paneer or cheese whatso ever right? pls confirm then i can also send and wonderful event and once again its really feels good to connect with everyone like this

    But why are some recipes with paneer or feta???? The event is supposed to be vegan, isn't it?
