Pina Colada meaning strained pineapple is a sweet based
refreshing smoothie/drink. Non Alcoholic version of Pina Colada is Virgin Pina
Colada.
This cool blended mocktail is very apt for summer afternoons after
lunch.
This is very easier and quick drink which can be prepared by
pineapple, coconut cream, milk and ice cubes.
Ingredients:
Fresh Pineapple pieces – 2 cups
Coconut Cream – ½ cup
Milk – ¼ cup
Ice cubes – 6 no
Preparation
Put everything and blend on low speed gradually increasing
the speed.
Blend until completely smooth
Put in favorite tall glasses with beach umbrella’s and
enjoy!!

Very new recipe to me.. Can I use coconut milk if I don't get coconut cream?

ReplyDeleteHey dont we mix Orange Juice in Pina Colada ?? I always thought the tangy taste should be from Orange Juice. Neverthless, I love the drink and thats my only resort in cocktail parties... Love the pics :)
